Over the past 30 years Lisa has worked as an archaeologist, park ranger, naturalist, environmental educator, and environmental planner. She has passion for adventure and wild places. Her adventurous spirit has led her all over the world for work and play from the arctic circle to the tip of Patagonia.
Despite her wanderlust, Lisa always comes home. Born in Portland, Oregon, she is the 5th generation of her family to live in the Pacific Northwest. From her small organic farm & orchard near Husum, WA, she often walks with her husband and dog down to enjoy the White Salmon River.
Lisa is excited to use her skills, drive, and commitment to protect and improve the place she now calls home; the White Salmon River watershed, in the Pacific Northwest, on the North American Continent, on Planet Earth.
